the Rules

 

-           1 entry (Team) per Theatre Organization

-           2 players per team

-            Theatre Organization must perform or promote theater in, and be based in New Hampshire

-           Team members must be one of the following

        o          Staff or Board member of theatrical organization during the past season

        o          Technical Crew for theatrical organization during the past season

        o          Production member of theatrical organization during the past season

        o          Cast member of theatrical organization during the past season

   

-            Theatrical Organization must register prior to January 8, 2008 with completed application form and full payment.

-           Entry fee is $25.00 per Team - Entering Teams will have their organization website link on this site.

-           All competing theatrical organizations will be provided with the “Rules of Play” upon complete registration.

-           Entry fees are payable to the host theatrical organization.

-           No member of the organization committee or questions committee can be a Team member during the year or the following year they are on either committee.

-           Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded to the winning theatrical organization not to individual Team members.

-           Team member substitutions will be allowed up to 72 hours prior to the event with written notification to the Organization Committee.
